Red Oak practices a French Bordeaux style with barrel aging in producing its red wines leaving them with an excellent finish. German-style wine making practices and temperature controlled fermentation provide crisp and clean white wines. Many of our wines have won awards at national wine competitions. Our techniques result in premium wines to be enjoyed by all.
